Business Analyst:
Job Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business needs, identify project stakeholders and their roles, recognize major deliverables and collect business requirements for the project.
  • Analyze competitive market strategies through analysis of related product, market, or share trends. Use story boards and prototyping for requirement gathering.
  • Assess client needs utilizing a structured requirements process (gathering, analyzing, documenting, and managing changes) to assist in identifying business priorities and advises on options.
  • Meet with all IT units to ensure business requirements are feasible and transform business requirements into detailed level system requirements using Atlassian JIRA.
  • Gather the input from technical teams, identify high level and detailed level estimates using Microsoft Excel.
  • Synthesize current business intelligence or trend data to support recommendations for action.
  • Communicate with customers, competitors, suppliers, professional organizations, or others to stay abreast of industry or business trends.
  • Analyze the daily transaction trends for all the customers and created trade reports using Tableau.
