IMS – Information Management System

This project would capture the personal and professional details of an employee. Access restrictions apply, only selected group of users would be able to create/modify the employee details.

RITS – Resource Information Tracking System

This project acts as a conduit in Job process. Employee(s) interested in responding to the jobs would click on the posting link to initiate the process. The link will prompt the employee to upload his/her resume to the client. The uploaded resume would be stored using a pre-determined format. The uploaded resume would then have to be approved by the HR/Marketing team before sending to the client.

CCIS – Clients and Contract Information System

This project will facilitate to capture clients and contracts information. Upon selection of the employee, a formal term of agreement would be agreed upon between Attic and the client. The purpose of this module would be to create/maintain those details. Details stored here would be used to drive the time sheet activity as well as invoicing.

TIMS – Time Sheet Information Management System

This project will facilitate to employees involved in the contract to fill in the timesheets from the day defined on the contract. Invoices would be generated based on the time sheet entries of active employees. Time sheets have to be approved, to generate invoices. Time entered is classified as billable and Non-Billable.
